Welcome to Potoske Hise
These general terms of service, known as terms and conditions, are the legal agreements, govern the use of the website and the services provided by Potoske Hise.
By using our website and services you agree on the validity of these terms.<\/p>\n

Reservations<\/strong>
\u2022 Reservations are made via the website and the online form available. Exceptionally some reservations can also be made via phone, or in person.
\u2022 The guests confirms the reservation with an advance payment of 30% of the reservation final amount via bank transfer.
\u2022 The provider is confirming the reservation by sending the contract via email ONLY if the guests did the bank transfer. If it is not done within 3 days, the owner has the right to cancel it.
\u2022 Two weeks before the arrival, the guests has to pay the 70% remaining of the advance payment.
\u2022 By confirming the reservation, the parties agree on these General Terms and Conditions.
\u2022 Reservations requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. (2 nights for Hisa Hansa Studio).
\u2022 Advance payment and other reservation conditions are determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
\u2022 Group reservations can be arranged via email.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/strong>
\u2022 Payment is possible in cash or via bank transfer.
\u2022 The final reservation amount is calculated based on the actual stay. The advance payment is deducted from the final amount.
\u2022 The tourist tax will be charged on the arrival date (2,50\u20ac per adult and 1,25\u20ac per infants).<\/p>\n

Cancellations <\/strong>
\u2022 Cancellations must be submitted via email.
\u2022 Free cancellation is possible up to one month before the arrival of the guests. In which case the advance payment is refunded.
\u2022 The owner has the right to retain the full advance payment made at the time of the reservation.
\u2022 In case of a no-show, the provider retain the advance payment.
\u2022 If the guests are leaving earlier, the provider is not obliged to refund the paid amount. <\/p>\n

Check-in and Check-out
<\/strong>\u2022 Arrival is after 4pm (16:00). If otherwise agreed with the owner, arrival is possible also at another time.
\u2022 The owner registers all guests (including children) based on their identity documents. After that, the tourist tax is needed to be paid.
\u2022 Only registered guests can stay in the apartment. Guests can have visitors only by the owner\u2019s prior agreement. If guests don\u2019t comply with this house rule, we reserve the right to charge an additional night\/guest. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Departure from the house\/apartment until 10:00, unless otherwise agreed with the owner
\u2022 When the guests leave the house\/ apartment, please lock the door of the apartment, and close the windows. Never leave the house without making sure that the lights, stove, TV and other electrical devices are turned off. Turn off the faucet (make sure the water does not run).
\u2022 At departure the owner checks with the guests, if the accommodation, equipment, and accessories correspond to the accepted inventory. Services related to the guests\u2019 stay and compensation for any damage, the guests pay to the owner directly.<\/p>\n

During your stay
<\/strong>\u2022 Upon arrival guests will receive keys, which, at the departure, should be returned in the key box.
\u2022 In the event of a breakdown in the water or electricity system or other equipment failures, please report it immediately by calling: +386 70 410 661 (Roman Cenci\u010d)
\u2022 Guests using the swimming pool area at their own risk. Parental or guardian supervision is required.
\u2022 Smoking is strictly forbidden in apartments\/rooms and indoors. Any violation of the prohibition will result in a charge for the damages incurred.
\u2022 Guests are liable for damages caused by their own fault or the fault of those for whom they are responsible, or those who visit them. \u201cPoto\u0161ke Hi\u0161e Roman CENCI\u010c SP\u201d reserves the right to charge the guests for any damage found, regardless of when the damage was found.
\u2022 In special circumstances, the owner has the right to enter the apartment to prevent possible damage or danger in the absence of the guest.
\u2022 Free parking is available in front of the house. \/ (Free) parking is available in the vicinity. \/Guests can park their vehicles at the public parking near the bus station. The owner assumes no responsibility for the safety of the vehicles, any damage to the vehicles, or objects stored in the vehicles.
\u2022 \u201cPoto\u0161ke Hi\u0161e Roman CENCI\u010c SP\u201d is not liable for any damage caused to the vehicles parked in front of the house \/public parking \/vicinity.
\u2022 PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED.<\/p>\n

Quiet hours
<\/strong>\u2022 Apartments are designed for relaxation and rest, so it is necessary to maintain order between 22:00 and 6:00, and to be considerate to other guests and neighbours.
\u2022 Parties are not allowed in the apartments\/ houses. If guests don\u2019t comply with this house rule, the owner reserve the right for additional charges. <\/p>\n

Safety
<\/strong>\u2022 The fire safety order, together with emergency exit signs, are placed in the apartment\/room. In the event of a fire, please follow the fire safety order (and inform yourself in advance about the location of the fire extinguisher).
\u2022 In the event of a fire, call the fire brigade immediately on 112 and leave the house as soon as possible.
\u2022 Use the fire extinguisher according to the instructions. Misuse of the fire extinguisher will be charged.
\u2022 Open fires, barbecue, explosive devices, flammable fuels are strictly prohibited.

Pets<\/strong>
\u2022 Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n

Cleaning and maintenance
<\/strong>\u2022 During your stay you are obliged to take care of the order and cleanliness of the apartment\/room.
\u2022 We ask you to wash all the dishes and put them into the cupboards and take out the trash.<\/p>\n

Sustainability<\/strong>
We try our best to be part of the Green Slovenia.
\u2022 We do not heat the swimming pools for this environmental aspect.
\u2022 Please, separate your waste, so that we can be as environmentally friendly as possible. Garbage containers are located near the house, and at the ecological collection site at the entrance of the village.
\u2022 What goes where:
– Residual waste (green garbage container)
– Organic waste (brown garbage container)
– Packaging (yellow garbage container)
– Paper (blue garbage container)
– Glass (green container)
\u2022 Use of the radiators, washing machine, electronical devices\u2026 only if it is necessary, otherwise make sure to turn it off. <\/p>\n

Data protection
<\/strong>\u2022 The provider\/ owner processes guests\u2019 personal data exclusively for reservation processing and service provisions in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
\u2022 The guests\u2019 personal data are only for check-in purpose and the Slovenian authorities.<\/p>\n

Final provisions
<\/strong>\u2022 These terms come into effect on the date of publication on Poto\u0161ke Hi\u0161e website and remain valid until further notice.
\u2022 The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and will inform the guests accordingly via the website.
\u2022 Guests who violate house rules, despite warnings, will be asked to leave the house immediately. They will be charged 100% of the booking and any additional costs incurred because of their failure to comply with the house rules<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
